About the event

We invite you to an intensive 2.5-hour solo training session for head movements in Brazilian Zouk.

Together with the international Zouk teacher Marianna from SĂŁo Paolo, we are working on the technical basics that make head movements fluid, controlled and safe.


In this workshop you will learn:

•⁠ ⁠how head movements actually originate from the body

•⁠ ⁠Control, axis and flow for smooth and dynamic movements

•⁠ ⁠how to use tension and release correctly
