What happens if I miss an appointment or cannot attend a class?We understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances can cause you to miss an appointment or be unable to attend a scheduled class. Here is some information to help you in such situations:Advance notification of absence: If you know in advance that you will be unable to attend a session – whether due to a planned vacation or work commitments – please contact your instructors before booking the course. In such cases, you can register for a trial lesson in a course at the same or a similar level to make up for the missed lesson. Please inform your instructors in advance. We appreciate your communication before booking the course so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after booking.Missed lessons during the course: Unfortunately, there is no entitlement to refunds for missed lessons within an ongoing course cycle. However, we recommend that you attend the scheduled sessions as consistently as possible to get the maximum benefit from your course.Missed lessons due to illness or injury: If you are unable to attend a lesson for health reasons, such as illness or injury, we gladly accept a doctor's certificate as proof. In this case, you can also make up the lessons through trial sessions in an alternative course. After completing your BaBa Pass, you will receive an email with all the important information. Within 48 hours, we will also send you your personal voucher code , which you can use to book your courses online for free.

If there are any holiday breaks during this period when Bachata Basel does not offer courses, this time will not be counted towards your pass's validity period.That means:You can attend as many courses as you like during two course cycles – completely flexible and without restrictions.Important to know:We cannot guarantee that every advertised course will actually take place.Course times or teachers may change at short notice.These changes do not affect the validity of the BaBa Pass and are not grounds for a refund or price reduction.
