About the class
This course is aimed at dancers with a solid foundation in Zouk who would like to deepen their technique, body control and understanding of the dance.
In Zouk Intermediate, we work on flowing movements, clear Leading & Following, rotations, Body & Head Movements, as well as precise technique for turns and transitions. The focus is on connection, musicality and flow, so that the dance feels light, harmonious and controlled.
You will learn more challenging combinations, improve your timing and build greater confidence in social dancing. At the same time, you will develop your body awareness, allowing you to execute movements in a mindful, comfortable and elegant way.
💡 Prerequisite: Zouk Basic / Improver or equivalent experience
